This past weekend we decided to take a day trip to do a Stinson beach day hike and I am so glad we did! We started the day with a hike to the hidden swing above the ocean and once we reached the top the views were breathtaking. After our hike we stopped to get ice cream at Parkside Cafe before spending the remainder of our day at the beach! We have tried to visit the beach as often as possible this summer and as fall is approaching I want to take advantage of every warm day we get!

After our Stinson Beach day hike and time at the beach the fog rolled in. We stopped at the Muir Beach lookout on our way home and the fog was breathtaking along the cliffs. I only wish I had someone to photograph here, but after the 20 minute drive from Stinson beach my little ones had all fallen asleep when we arrived at the lookout!
